By commissioning me you agree that you have read the terms of service described below
- I can freely refuse to work on a commission if I am not comfortable with it.- You need to provide the references and details for the commission- A maximum of 3 free changes can be request before detailing the model- The commissions are only for personal use, if you want it for commercial use there will be an extra charge (depends of the model)- The OBJ file for printing will have an extra cost for chibi and bust model- I can freely post the commission on my art sites or add it in my portfolio, unless otherwise specified by the client from the beginning- The pose must be established before the commission begins (when the references are sent). Changes can be made based on the established pose, but any complete change of pose will incur an additional charge
- Payment will be upfront only (I will not start the commision until full payment is received)
Payment must be made through Paypal- If for any reason the client does not wish to continue with the commission after the first review, a refund will not be possible- If the client does not wish to continue with the commission before the first review, only 50% of the refund will be applied- If for any reason I have to cancel the commission, I will refund the full payment.
- The commission will be sent in digital format only.- For icon the finish work will be delivered a full color render in JPG or PNG format, for chibi model, full body no chibi model and bust model will be delivered a full color render in JPG or PNG format and different views of the character in JPG or PNG format (The model for printing will delivered in STL format)- Any add-on model has an extra cost (depends of the model)- The turnaround time for icons is 5 - 6 business days* after payment is made (depending on the shift in which the commission arrives)- The turnaround time for chibi model is 10 - 15 business days* after payment is made (depending on the shift in which the commission arrives)- The turnaround time for full body no chibi model is 20 - 30 business days* after payment is made (depending on the shift in which the commission arrives)- The turnaround time for bust model is 10 - 15 business days* after payment is made (depending on the shift in which the commission arrives)*Monday to Friday
